Who is David Knox?
International recognition. David Knox is an internationally recognized real estate speaker and trainer. He is known for delivering common sense, practical methods in a very entertaining way, leaving audiences with solid techniques and the inspiration to use them. You will receive rave reviews and letters of thanks for including David in your event.
Experienced. He has presented more than 3,000 seminars to 500,000 attendees in eight countries. His specialty topics include real estate pricing techniques, negotiation skills and overcoming the toughest objections.
Top ranked. He has been a top ranked presenter at 24 NAR conventions and in 2011 received the “On the Shoulders of Giants” award from RIS Media honoring his 25 year contributions to the industry.
Content creator. For the last 25 years David has been the President of David Knox Productions, Inc. creating seminars, audio CD training, DVD video training and consumer videos. Most of his videos have now moved to online delivery.
Corporate trainer. From 1983-1987 David was the National Training Director for Merrill Lynch Realty Associates in Stamford CT. He developed the national training program used by 33 operating units.
Company trainer. From 1979 through 1994 he was a Senior CRS Instructor for the National Association of Realtors® where he presented CRS courses and served on various faculty committees.
Real estate agent. He was licensed as a real estate salesperson in 1972 then went on to be an office manager and company training director.
