David Knox Productions

In 1987 David Knox created David Knox Productions, Inc. During the 1990s David rose to be one of the most popular, in-demand speakers on the circuit presenting more than 100 seminars a year.

Through the 2000s David Knox Productions, Inc. created a line of pre-transaction, consumer videos that real estate agents loaned to the client to educate them on listing, pricing, selling and purchasing. The most well known and still popular is “Pricing Your Home to Sell.”

In 2009 during the real estate market crash, the company was experiencing the same challenges as the brokers and agents it served. Realizing that agents still needed training and brokers were on limited budgets, David reorganized and lead the delivery of quality training online at a cost-effective price for clients in stressed economic conditions.

Throughout 2009 and 2010 David created an online video delivery system called RealEstateTrainingByDavidKnox.com that now contains more than 200 videos and supporting downloadable documents. With nearly 200 company members and 27,000 agents, it has saved David Knox Productions, Inc. and the companies it serves.

Management and staff positions at David Knox Productions, Inc. include a Director of Media Productions, Operations Manager, Content Editor and Online Developer. The company continues to grow and has moved to online delivery of consumer videos as well. Live seminars are still David’s way to interact with real estate agents.
